LUSH Bubblegum Lip Scrub:)

Hello lovelies,
I never really thought about adding a lip scrub to my lipcare routine, but there I was, browsing through the LUSH store (and if you didn't know already, I have a ''thing'' for LUSH products), when I smelled their lipscrubs for the first time. I ended up buying the Bubblegum lipscrub since I've heard so many good reviews about it and the sweet smell sucked me in;)
I've had this one for a long time now, and even though it's not a new thing, I still decided to make a post about it. So here it goes!
I personally like the smell of this one, but for some people it could be a little too sweet. But they also have a minty or chocolate smelling one if you prefer:) (Click the ''Read More'' button to continue)
Their scrubs are made from castor sugar and they also contain organic Jojoba oil.
Now, I now many people might say that it's a waste of money when you can make your own lip scrub with sugar or simply scrub your lips with a toothbrush. And they are right! But this is more about splurging yourself and honestly, this little pot of goodness came in handy in those ''kissy'' moments, or simply when I was on the go, my lips were dry and I needed to get rid of those annoying pieces of dry skin.
I like:
  • The oil leaves your lips moisturized even after you wipe\lick off the sugar.
  • The smell is delicious and it's actually safe enough to eat
  • It will last you a long time (if you don't decide to snack on it, which I do not recommend haha)
  • Exfoliates really well & leaves your lips smooth
  • The glass container is really nice and sturdy
  • Natural<3
I don't like so much:
  • It can get a little messy
  • Finger application (make sure your hands are clean)
  • The price might stop some people from buying it

>>The name is in french since it was purchased in Montreal:)

>>I still have a lot left even though I use it often. You really need a tiny bit:)

>>Simply wet your lips, scrub, and lick or wipe of the excess sugar. That's it!:)

  1. wow it looks good, iv nver try to exfoliate my lips b4, since the skin is very sensitive and too much pressure can cause more fine lines.....but i hate chapped lips even more, espeically when im about to put on nude lipstick...very informative blog~~~thx for the review~~~

  4. I've never tried a lip scrub but it sounds promising and you've convinced me to give it a go... I have quite dry/flaky lips at times maybe this might just be the thing for that!
